IF YOU COMMISSION ME, YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING:

- As the artist, I retain absolute rights to the piece unless otherwise stated. Any works created by me are viable to being posted on social media, being put in my portfolio, and possible future publications such as (but not limited to) editorials, artbooks, or as physical goods.

Client has the option to decline to these terms regarding the artist’s publishing — however I, as the artist, retain my rights to decline future redistribution or reprinting in the event of commercial use.

- UNDER ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCES are commissioners (or anyone else) permitted to trace, copy, repost, or alter/edit my drawings without explicit permission. These terms extend to the removal of my watermark. Furthermore, no art (paid commission or not) is to be claimed as yours.

Credit me as @00V2 or leave a link to one of my social media accounts in the event of republishing.

- My work is for personal and private usage only. Meaning that, under no circumstances may my art be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or for generating profit. Commercial usage is to be explicitly stated in your initial order form, and will be charged at a separate rate than what is listed for non-profit commissions.

Commercial clientele have the option of bypassing open or closed public commission batches to place their orders.

- I am a digital artist and I only offer digital works. I will not be offering any traditional mediums, nor will there be any production or shipment of physical goods from me as the artist.

- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may my art (commissioned, pre-existing, or otherwise) be used for AI Learning and or NFT (Non-Fungible Token) minting. I prohibit the usage of my artwork being used in any context related to cryptocurrency or AI Learning.

ADDITIONAL COMMISSION DETAILS

- Payment operates on a Split by Milestone basis of 75/25. Meaning that 75% of the total price will be paid after the initial sketch is approved, then another 25% (of the total price) will be paid once the commission has had its flat colors laid. These terms do not apply to sketch or skeb-style commissions.Client is expected to cover any incurring fees (such as V-Gen or Paypal fees) regardless of commission type.

If the client has commercial rights (and the associated commercial fees), the amount due is considered part of the initial commission total and will be paid on the milestone basis. The client has the option to pay all commercial fees upfront, should they prefer.

Tip is accepted (and very much appreciated) at any time.

If you would prefer to pay 100% upfront, please specify in your order to discuss it further.- Payment will subsequently be taken via Vgen's available options, Kofi or Paypal invoice.- Commissions do not operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. I may decline your order if I am not comfortable with it, I am not available, and or otherwise.

- Unless otherwise specified, all commission updates will be handled via email. The final iteration of your commission will be sent to you through email or Google Drive (depending on the size of your file). If you would prefer to handle the commission update process over DMs on some other social media platform, please explicitly state so within your form. I, as the artist, will do my best to provide regular check-ins however if the client is free to request progress/check-ins whenever they see fit.

- Strict deadlines are accepted (and are even encouraged!)
If you are seeking a rush-order (something that would be shorter than within a month's time), there will be an extra fee to cover it!

- Major adjustments to the artwork are only accepted during the sketching process, and are limited in quantity. To avoid this, please plan accordingly. As the artist, I can provide thumbnail sketches that do not count towards the revision allotment.Clients are allotted two free (major) revisions. Any major adjustments after the sketch has been approved of are subject to a revision fee. Minor adjustments may be accepted up until the declared satisfactory completion of the piece.

- No refunds are offered after the initial sketch has been approved. Client is granted the time between commission acceptance and initial sketch being completed to withdraw from the commission process.
